We source our crystals directly from trusted miners and ethical suppliers around the world, including Brazil, Madagascar, Morocco, India, and the United States. Each stone is hand-selected for quality, energy, and authenticity.

Are your crystals natural or dyed?

Most of our crystals are 100% natural. Where a stone is dyed, heat-treated, or lab-enhanced (such as Aura Quartz or Chakra Agate), we clearly state this in the product description.

How do I cleanse my crystal when it arrives?

We recommend cleansing your crystal before first use to clear any energy from handling and shipping. Common methods include placing it under moonlight overnight, using sound (singing bowl or bells), burning sage or palo santo nearby, or setting it on a selenite charging plate for a few hours.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Because crystals are natural and unique, slight variations in color, pattern, and size are normal and not considered defects. Contact us at support@crystaldestiny.com to start a return.

How is my order packaged?

All crystals are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and cushioned with bubble wrap or foam padding inside a sturdy box. Larger or more delicate pieces receive extra protection.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping is $7.00. We are working on expanding international shipping.

What crystals are good for beginners?

The best starter crystals are clear quartz (amplifies intention and energy), amethyst (calming and intuitive), black tourmaline (grounding and protective), rose quartz (self-love and compassion), and selenite (cleansing and clarity). These are versatile, widely available, and easy to work with for anyone new to crystals.

How do I know if my crystal is real or fake?

Genuine crystals are typically cool to the touch, heavier than glass fakes, and have natural inclusions or slight imperfections. Perfect clarity with zero inclusions often indicates glass or resin. At Crystal Destiny, all crystals are sourced directly from trusted suppliers and are authenticated before listing. We always disclose treatments, dyes, or lab enhancements in the product description.

Can I sleep with crystals or wear them all day?

Yes — many people sleep with crystals nearby or under their pillow, and wear them as jewelry throughout the day. Calming stones like amethyst, selenite, and rose quartz are popular for sleep. Energizing stones like citrine or carnelian are better suited for daytime wear. Trust your own sensitivity — if a stone feels too stimulating at night, move it to your nightstand instead.

Is agate or jasper durable for everyday wear?

Agate and jasper are both forms of microcrystalline quartz with a Mohs hardness of 6.5–7, making them quite durable. They can be gently rinsed with water and dried thoroughly.

How can I tell if my agate is natural or dyed?

Natural agate has banded patterns with gradual color transitions. Dyed agate often has very vivid, uniform colors with color concentrated along cracks or bands. We always indicate in our product descriptions when an agate has been dyed or treated.
