Shipping Costs
Shipping is a $7.00 flat rate on orders under $100.00 and free on orders of $100.00 or more. We ship within the United States only.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Most orders arrive in 12-16 days. Pieces that ship from our Connecticut studio arrive in 4-8 days. Each product page shows its estimated delivery time.
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination, and things like bad weather and peak holiday package volume can cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare cases.
Shipping Issues
Like all e-commerce stores, Crystal Destiny relies on 3rd-party delivery (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.). While the vast majority of our orders are delivered promptly and without issue, there are rare instances where a shipment may encounter delays or become lost in transit.
If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, we offer a comprehensive solution. You have the option to receive a full refund or a replacement item, if available, 35 days after the order was shipped and tracking information was provided. All our shipments come with tracking for added security and peace of mind.
Additionally, if the lost item was part of a promotional sale, such as our monthly discount, we will honor that discount if you choose to replace the item after the sale period has ended.
Our responsibility ends when the package carrier records a package as delivered.
Please check with other household members and neighbors to see if they took the package in for you. If still missing we suggest a police report be filed as you've experienced porch pirate theft.

Tracking
Once all of the products in an order ship, you will receive a tracking number email that will become active and usable on our website's built in tracking page at the bottom of the websites page.
