Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

- 2 clear well-lit photos of each item
- the reason for your return.
- Requests submitted without photos and a reason will not be processed.
We'll send return instructions once your request is approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. All authorized returns must be postmarked within 5 days of authorization. There are no restocking fees, and no items are final sale unless explicitly noted.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend USPS Ground Advantage for its tracking, insurance, and affordability. Crystal Destiny is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Important: All return requests, including damage and defect claims, must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
Damages & Defective Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] immediately with your order number, 2 clear, well-lit photos of each item, and a description of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards or perishable, custom, or personal care items. Contact us with any questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are approved in cases of damage or product misrepresentation. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days and do not include original shipping costs. If a refund is not approved, you'll receive store credit via gift card.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be stopped, held, or canceled once processing begins. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
