Every Crystal Destiny order ships with a tracking number. Orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service or by trusted third-party delivery companies, and we stand behind every package until it arrives.

When tracking shows "Delivered"
Once the carrier scans your package as delivered, our delivery obligation is fulfilled. We can't be responsible for packages taken from porches or mailboxes after delivery. If your tracking says delivered but you can't find your package, email us at [email protected] and we'll quickly start a trace with the carrier.
Lost in transit? We've got your back.
If your order hasn't been scanned as delivered after 35 days in transit, you choose how we make it right:
- A full refund
- A reshipment of your order, if the items are still available
- A Crystal Destiny gift card for the full order value, plus a 10% bonus
