We source our crystals directly from trusted miners and ethical suppliers around the world, including Brazil, Madagascar, Morocco, India, and the United States. Each stone is hand-selected for quality, energy, and authenticity.

Are your crystals natural or dyed?

Most of our crystals are 100% natural. Where a stone is dyed, heat-treated, or lab-enhanced (such as Aura Quartz or Chakra Agate), we clearly state this in the product description.

How do I cleanse my crystal when it arrives?

We recommend cleansing your crystal before first use to clear any energy from handling and shipping. Common methods include placing it under moonlight overnight, using sound (singing bowl or bells), burning sage or palo santo nearby, or setting it on a selenite charging plate for a few hours.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Because crystals are natural and unique, slight variations in color, pattern, and size are normal and not considered defects. Contact us at support@crystaldestiny.com to start a return.

How is my order packaged?

All crystals are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and cushioned with bubble wrap or foam padding inside a sturdy box. Larger or more delicate pieces receive extra protection.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping is $7.00. We are working on expanding international shipping.
