Fine inclusions aligned during flow reflect light as a golden glow, which is why sellers also call it gold cat's eye obsidian. On a sphere the sheen moves around the surface as you turn it.

Further Reading

Obsidian Crystal Guide

Why Crystal Spheres Are So Powerful

Bring home this gold sheen obsidian sphere and give it a place where you will see it every day.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0613/0345/5915/files/Gold-Sheen-Obsidian-Sphere-Spheres-Gold-Sheen-Obsidian-40-45mm.jpg?v=1792220242
